Joe Battista (born July 6, 1960) is an American ice hockey coach and sports executive. Since 2013 he has served as the Vice President of Hockey-Related Businesses for the Buffalo Sabres of the National Hockey League (NHL).〔http://sabres.nhl.com/club/page.htm?id=94184〕 Battista graduated in 1983 from the Smeal College of Business at Pennsylvania State University. He was head coach of the Penn State's men's club hockey team, the Penn State Icers, from 1987 to 2006.
